Q; What are the running costs like?
A; Our Dimension One spas cost approximately £2.50 per week on average usage! The reason that the costs are so low is due to 100% full foam insulation and the 4" high-density foam cover, all reducing heat loss. Our approximate running cost in total is about £15 per month to cover electric, chemicals and water.
Q; Most shells seem to be very glossy and I feel would scratch easy?
A; A lot of the shells in the industry are a glossy acrylic. We do offer these on our models, but also for no additional cost on our Reflections and Bay ranges we offer an option called Ultra-Life. This patented material is only available to Dimension One and is able to offer a 10-year guarantee. The material in is environmentally friendly, UV protected (so no sun fading), stain resistant, and is a hardened material, which doesn't scratch, chip or break with age or use.
Q; Will my tub clean even while I have the pumps working on the jets?
A; With most of the Dimension One range, they include a separate circulation pump for filtration. This cleans 24/7 thus it never stops cleaning, even when in use.
Q; The chemicals, seems to take a lot of time and money?
A; With our Reflections and Bay ranges they come standard with an Ultra-Pure water management system. This is a patented advanced system, using a state of the art ozonator, and pump system. This to you means you have to use less chemicals and less frequently. Also another plus side of this is, on standard usage you can keep the water in your tub longer thus reducing over all running costs.
Q; I like the idea of a lounger, what does your range offer?
A; Our ranges offer a versatile and individual set up. You can choose models ranging from 2 loungers, 1 lounger or no lounger. Within the loungers we offer the Bio-Lounge and the Ultra-Lounge. The Bio-Lounge is a comfy standard lounger with headrest and differing jet configurations. The patented Ultra-Lounge is state of the art, aiming at neck, back, hands, knees and feet. All come with the patented neck flex adjustable headrest. Also on a couple of models, the dynamic sequencer is available this is a patented programmable deep massage centre. Offering varied and fantastic massages to relieve all types of tensions.
Q; I have circulatory problems in my feet, can you offer anything to help?
A; There is a patented jet available within most of the Dimension One range. It is called the Typhoon jet, and is located in the foot wells. This jet is very powerful and moves 200 litres of water a minute, producing an amazing deep powerful massage to your feet or calves.
Q; I'm after the ultimate hot tub, as a centrepiece for my new garden?
A; We have the curvilinear Bay range, these are state of the art in every way and form. They hold their very own patent as being the only curved tub in the world. Also every model in the range contains more patented items, within its structure than any other in the world. These truly are the next generation of hot tubs!
Q; I've not a lot of space but would love a pool?

Q; I want a pool to use all year round, but don't want it indoors?
A; The Aquatic Fitness Systems are the answer, they run with very similar technology to a hot tub, in the fact that they are fully insulated and self contained. Q; I want an in ground pool, but want a cost effective way of doing it?
A; Well here at H2O we are able to offer you many solutions on this, however the 2 most popular at present are the vycon self build pool kits. These are very cost effective and a great way to get exactly what your after. An increasingly popular way is to buy an above ground pool and sink it, in to the ground fully or practically.
